Job Description:

The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Maintain and organize office files and documents.
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), google drive/documents.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
